The present crisis will end one day and will leave in its wake countless victims and few victors. However, it is possible for each of us to come out of it in considerably better shape than when it began on the condition that we understand its logic and course, that we apply the newly-acquired knowledge in many fields, rely on ourselves, take ourselves seriously, become the makers of our own destiny, and chose bold strategies for our personal survival.
My aim here is not to present a political programme for resolving this crisis and the ones that will follow, nor to spill forth edifying banalities, but to point out precise and concrete steps that might give everyone the possibility of "finding a chink in the misfortune" in order to circumvent the future mines without relying on others, in order to withstand and survive.
Regardless of whether he is a person with power or some poor fellow, no one, if he desires it, can preserve himself and survive without carrying out his own revolution, and vice versa - no one can carry out a revolution without surviving. As Mahatma Gandhi said: "Be the change you want to see in the world."
